Our work spans multiple industries - there is no job too complicated or too strange for Cornell! Railway & Transit Components
Since 1997, Cornell has been a leading supplier of rail and transit subcomponents for light rapid transit, subway transit, and streetcar rail authorities.
Enclosures
We produce fabricated assemblies that become part of a more complex final product. Our sheets of aluminum or steel are cut, punched, and formed into housing enclosures for digital electronic components, LED lighting and time clocks used in arenas and stadiums worldwide.
Mobile Equipment
We manufacture a wide variety of components used in the production of trailers, truck-mounted equipment, and specialized construction equipment - for example, fuel and hydraulic oil tanks, control console assemblies, frame rails and crossmembers, fifth wheel plates, grille guards and much more.
Material Storage Solutions
Among our repertoire are a wide range of storage solutions - pallets, racks, and storage baskets in customized styles, used to accommodate raw materials or finished goods.
Steel Forms for Precast Manufacturing
We manufacture steel forms for the precast concrete industry, used in the production of concrete highway barriers, septic tanks, catch basins, holding tanks, and more. We are also developing aluminum, carbon steel, or stainless steel molds used for pre-stressed lintels and Thermal-Krete wall panels.
Components for Military Applications
Cornell produces many parts for mobile equipment and stationary installations used in military applications. These include frame components, bumpers, fenders, console assemblies, toolboxes, access steps, and grab handles, all in adherence to rigid military standards.
Fabricated Ducting
Each ducting project we undertake has different material requirements, and is custom-engineered to meet the customer’s specifications.
Special Fixtures
Examples of our special fixtures include stamping die frames, personal protective equipment cabinets, rotating stands, X-bar dollies, rear bumper carousels, and carts.
